Crisis Management Committee
A Crisis Management Committee has been established in each UMBRAGROUP plant, made up of high-level management.
Taking note of the continuous evolution of the spread of the COVID-19 virus and the consequent regulatory measures of the various States, the Committee has the objective of managing the COVID-19 emergency, in particular:
- Reduce the probability of COVID-19 infection.
- Sensitize the employee to the sense of individual and collective responsibility.
The Committee meets regularly to see and / or review the procedures in compliance with governmental dictates.
The Committee takes decisions to manage the crisis period with respect for each person and with the ultimate aim of protecting the health of all UMBRAGROUP employees.
