UMBRAGROUP Expands Employee Stock Ownership Opportunity

On December 10th, 40 employees of UMBRAGROUP SpA officially became new shareholders of the company. In the presence of Reno Ortolani, Chairman of the Board of UMBRAGROUP, and Beatrice Baldaccini, VP of UMBRAGROUP, each employee officially signed the UMBRAGROUP shareholder register.

With the addition of 40 new shareholders in 2024, the total number of employees owning company shares rises to 70.
