Today, in the marvellous setting of the Polo Museale di San Francesco in Trevi, the annual Technical Meeting of UMBRAGROUP was held, returning after a forced stop of 3 years.
"The Technical Path in the Human Journey" is the title of this day, conceived both as a Team Building activity for all the Group's technicians, who were able to exchange opinions, considerations and perspectives about the path of Innovation we are pursuing. At the centre of this journey are still the People, the beating heart of our business; their motivation represents our competitive advantage that allows UMBRAGROUP to continue growing.
It was a day full of emotions, including testimonies from historical retirees, the presentation of new human resources who have recently joined the Group, and moments of reflection on our future and the road ahead. Following our vision that starts from People and passes through customers and innovation, celebrating every milestone together and continuing to strengthen the sense of inclusiveness of every employee.
