Shares reacquired from IPOC 3
Poliscom Srl and Safin Srl, owned by the Baldaccini and Ortolani families, together with UMBRAGROUP Spa
and the main shareholders of UMBRAGROUP Spa, announce that they have signed an agreement in which the main shareholders have repurchased the minority stake in the company, equal to 18.75% of the Company by IPOC 3 Spa, an investment vehicle owned by the IpoClub fund managed by Azimut Libera Impresa SGR and jointly owned by its promoters, AGC and Electa Ventures, as well as a group of private co-investors.
The Poliscom’s President, Beatrice Baldaccini together with Reno Ortolani, Sole Director of Safin declared:"We are very satisfied with the successful conclusion of the operation.
The partnership with IPOC 3 was functional in strengthening the business and the organizational structure even if it was limited in time and occurred in a particular moment of the worldwide economy. The excellent results obtained by the companies in recent years, despite the pandemic, now allow us to work out our growth strategy with a forward-looking vision of business development."
