Cylindrical roller bearings (N, NN, NU, NJ, NUP Series)

Typically used to withstand high radial loads, cylindrical roller bearings offer many benefits and can even reach relatively high speeds.
In terms of design, the N, NU, NN, NJ, NUP series differ mainly in the number of roller rows and the position of the inner / outer ring shoulders.
In some cases they can be proposed in the configuration with full complement cylindrical rollers (without cage) and are made in the configurations with one or two rows. The absence of the cage allows for a greater number of rollers thus increasing the load capacity and stiffness.

The models available

Cylindrical roller bearings offer numerous advantages. They are used to carry high radial loads and can even reach relatively high speeds. These bearings are equipped with solid brass or pressed steel cages.

Main characteristics

Full-complement cylindrical roller bearings are produced in either single or double-row versions. The absence of a cage makes it possible to have a higher number of rollers, thus increasing the load capacity and rigidity. The rotation speeds reached are lower than those of the corresponding cage versions.
