New recirculation systems
To obtain short-stroke screws with good protection from external pollutants and to eliminate the problem of lubricant leaks, UMBRAGROUP offers ball screws with new recirculation systems that make it possible to have a completely cylindrical (threadless) shaft coming out of the device. This way it is possible to achieve protection level IP67.
Applications
The range of dimensions is extensive, covering diameters from 10 mm to 400 mm. Raceways vary from a few mm to a maximum of 400 mm. For short-stroke ball screws, UMBRAGROUP technology permits the replacement of hydraulic cylinders with these applications and industrial sectors. The main applications of short-stroke ball screws are:
- high loads;
- food sector;
- automobile sector;
- transportation.
