UMBRAGROUP offers various training courses for its employees, divided into 4 macro-areas:
- Technical/professional: training courses aimed at the acquisition and / or updating of technical-professional skills essential for our business;
- Transversal: training courses dedicated to the acquisition and / or updating of skills transversal to the different business areas and organizational positions (e.g. languages, IT, lean, quality, soft skills);
- Managerial: dedicated training courses, internal and external seminars aimed at the acquisition and / or development of management and leadership skills;
- Experiences abroad at the Group's offices: UMBRAGROUP periodically provides technical and managerial training courses at the foreign offices, favoring intra-group interactions and the sharing of methodologies and best practices.
