Spindle bearings

Angular contact

These are angular-contact ball bearings with limited tolerances. They are particularly suitable for systems requiring the achievement of high rotation speeds. These bearings are mainly used in machine tool spindles.

Low coefficient of friction

For this type of applications, the cages are made of a plastic material (phenolic resin). The use of these materials gives spindle bearings a low coefficient of friction, lower weight, and therefore the ability to reach high speeds.
