Umbra produce a wide range of cylindrical roller bearings single row series and constantly improve its articles with the innovative devices and technologies created by the R&D staff.
The cylindrical roller bearings offer many advantages. In particular, they are usually used to accommodate large radial loads and they can also reach relatively high speeds. These bearings feature solid brass or pressed steel cages. These bearings, furthermore, are separable with consequent advantages in the assembly/disassembly.
There are different uses for cylindrical roller bearings single row in which retainer shoulders are present on one or on both rings. N and NU may be used as a floating bearing and can compensate the position changes between shaft and housing due to the thermal expansion. NJ and NUP provide axial location and can support also small axial loads (one and both directions).
